U<\/strong><\/em>nclear why, <\/strong><\/em>w<\/strong><\/em>earing a <\/strong><\/em>beret two sizes too large<\/strong>, a red neck scarf tied like she\u2019s about to storm a Parisian caf\u00e9, and wielding a <\/strong><\/em>full-size baguette like a sword<\/strong>, she is now tearing through the hallway, <\/strong><\/em>her eyes wild with sugar,<\/strong><\/em> shrieking \u201cJE SUIS FRAN\u00c7AISE <\/strong><\/em>MAINTENANT<\/strong><\/em>, BORDEL!\u201d in a questionable accent. <\/strong><\/em>She<\/strong><\/em> ha<\/strong><\/em>s<\/strong><\/em> not only stolen the baguette of doom, but also mounted the centerpiece skeleton horse.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I repeat: <\/strong>THE BABY THINKS SHE’S FRENCH<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Willow, Ziggy, Lilith, and I are in pursuit. Charlotte refused to run (\u201cThis is beneath me\u201d), but she is throwing croutons as obstacles. I tried to reason with the baby, but she hissed \u201cVive la r\u00e9sistance!\u201d and vaulted over the couch like a raccoon on espresso<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Charlotte is howling <\/strong>\u201cSACR\u00c9 BLEU!\u201d<\/strong><\/em> while trying to wrestle the baguette from her like it\u2019s a cursed artifact <\/strong>and <\/strong>citing noise ordinance violations. Ziggy, <\/strong>confused<\/strong> about the disruption of her sixth nap of the day, is blocking exits like a grumpy customs officer. Lilith is attempting a containment hex in Old Occitan <\/strong>and she has<\/strong> summoned \u201cSpooky Steve\u201d from the Halloween tote.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Willow is galloping after them all with a plastic croissant in her mouth, barking <\/strong>\u201cOUI! OUI! OUI!\u201d<\/strong><\/em> as if she, too, has joined the resistance. <\/strong>She also <\/strong>was eating the fake cobwebs. Again.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is no longer a household. This is the <\/strong>French Revolution staged by theater kids on espresso<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I, Luna, must now abandon my COO duties temporarily to restore law, order, and linguistic consistency. The report shall resume once the baguette has been neutralized, the beret confiscated, and Tartiflette reminded that we are <\/strong>not<\/strong><\/em>, in fact, reenacting <\/strong>Les Mis\u00e9rables<\/strong><\/em> in the hallway. Final note before I go tackle this madness: Karen just plugged in the <\/strong>Singing Skeleton Choir<\/strong> again. If I don’t make it, avenge me.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
