\"\"As Chief Operations Officer of this chaotic enterprise, I hereby submit today\u2019s log, though\u2014between you and me\u2014I deserve hazard pay. I deeply regret to inform the board that we are entering a Code Orange<\/em> situation. I don\u2019t even know where to begin anymore.<\/p>\n\n

1. Outdoor <\/strong>Protocol<\/strong> \u2013 Porch Princess and Domestic Menace: Status Update<\/strong>
Yesterday, la Tartifletta<\/em> was granted three supervised porch excursions. She stayed near the perimeter, she came in on command three<\/em> separate times, a historic achievement, and did not attempt any porch-jumping shenanigans. Charlotte<\/em>, forcibly deputized to supervise these excursions, now refers to herself as a \u201ccombat nanny\u201d<\/em> and she performed admirably but under protest.<\/p>\n\n

Today, Tartiflette voluntarily returned indoors after one brief outing, reporting a \u201ctoe-based spooking\u201d of unknown origin. Possibly a leaf. (boots, Karen, BOOTS!!!) She rushed back in with all the drama of a Victorian ghost child Investigation pending. She claims she met \u201cThe Porch Wyrm.\u201d Charlotte says it was a worm.<\/p>\n\n

2. Internal Discontent \u2013 Martyrdom Fatigue<\/strong>
Charlotte, now calling me the Martyr-in-Chief<\/em>, continues to withhold respect. I remind all staff that martyrdom is not in the org chart. She herself actively auditioning for the role. She is demanding hazard pay, a union representative, and possibly another dragon. Amateur.<\/p>\n\n

3. F<\/strong>oreign Intelligence \u2013 New Kitty on the Block<\/strong>
A rogue feline agent has begun patrolling the perimeter. Uninvited. Unrelenting. He demands snacks<\/em>. He is, according to Charlotte, \u201ca furry little Casanova with boundary issues.\u201d<\/p>\n\n

\"\"Karen and Collateral Damage, in a stunning breach of policy, have been feeding him. I just can\u2019t, Charlotte can\u2019t<\/a> either. According to Lilith, he now calls himself T\u00falio el Ladr\u00f3n de Almas<\/strong> (Tulio, Thief of Souls). Karen still insists he\u2019s \u201cjust a little hungry\u201d. T\u00falio appears every dusk and he sings and meows in ancient dialects. He summoned a wind that knocked over the recycling bin. That\u2019s a job for Lilith. Charlotte is now swearing in four<\/strong> languages, in some of them, backwards and patrolling like she\u2019s auditioning for Cats: The Tactical Operative Edition. <\/em>She\u2019s at capacity, and she\u2019s not quiet about it.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

4<\/strong>. Medical Distraction & Mini-goomba Watch<\/strong>
Human leadership (or lack of it) remains distracted by the so-called brain raisin<\/em> (also known as the Mini-goomba, or Meninguini, depending on whom you ask and how many espresso shots they\u2019ve had). Tests are pending, but I\u2019ve seen no charts. Classic Karen delay tactics.<\/p>\n\n

5<\/strong>. Severe Oversight Incident \u2013 Ziggy Protocol Breach<\/strong>
During yesterday\u2019s chaos, Ziggy Stardust<\/em> was left outside in a full-blown storm. That\u2019s right. Outside. In. A. Storm. Again. Karen realized the lapse when Charlotte started shouting \u201cWhere\u2019s the jellybean with the broken brain?!\u201d In the beginning she was confused and she thought that Charlotte was referring to her, but then things were sorted out.<\/p>\n\n

Cue Karen\u2014in rain boots, wielding an umbrella and a flashlight, sprinting through the rain screaming \u201cZiggyyyy!\u201d like a soggy, panicked stagehand from The Phantom of the Opera<\/em>. Ziggy, of course, was napping in a dry corner under the porch, slightly damp but perfectly fine and a little offended. Karen was drenched.<\/p>\n\n

After the storm incident, Ziggy now sleeps in a circle of wet leaves and has taken to chanting at kitchen appliances. Great, just great.<\/p>\n\n

6. <\/strong>Charlotte\u2019s<\/strong> sanity- <\/strong>Now at DEFCON 2<\/strong>
Let\u2019s be clear: Charlotte is done<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

\"\"She was forced to babysit Tartiflette during her outdoor experiments and now refers to herself as \u201ca glorified security guard in fur pants, <\/em>a combat nanny<\/em>.\u201d<\/em> Yesterday, she paced the hallway muttering in Catalan and violently licking her shoulder like it owed her money.<\/p>\n\n

This morning, when the stray cat came back and Karen fed it again,<\/em> Charlotte screamed into the void. Just a full-throated yowl of betrayal. Then she marched to the window and slapped the glass three times<\/em> with her paw like a mob boss sending a warning.<\/p>\n\n

She’s currently stalking the hallway, wide-eyed, muttering, \u201cI can\u2019t watch the Meninguini and<\/em> manage porch control. I\u2019m not a Swiss army knife!\u201d<\/p>\n\n

7<\/strong>. Luna: Overworked, Underpaid, One Sneeze From Collapse<\/strong>
As COO, I am juggling porch permissions, Charlotte\u2019s meltdown, intruder cat surveillance through the Ring camera (he\u2019s getting bolder\u2026 today he winked), Ziggy\u2019s bizarre hobby of getting lost in plain sight…and the brain raisin<\/em> situation, which everyone is conveniently pretending isn\u2019t screaming for more tests. I sent out a formal memo this morning that said, quote: \u201cWe are out of sardines and emotional bandwidth.\u201d No one read it. Tartiflette used it as a pillow.<\/p>\n\n

5. Closing Remarks<\/strong>
As always, I remain the calm center of this domestic hurricane. The house is unstable. The hierarchy is collapsing. Charlotte is one hiss away from invoking her full name (Charlotte de las Furias del Apocalipsis<\/em>). I, Luna, will continue managing this circus of wet fur, porch dramas, and neurological raisins with professionalism and grace. But I am watching<\/em> everyone, I remain vigilant, composed, and unjustly underappreciated. I continue to hold this disaster together with duct tape, clipboard I don\u2019t have, and claw-based diplomacy.<\/p>\n\n

If anyone needs me, I\u2019ll be in the linen closet hyperventilating into a paw mitten.<\/p>\n\n
