Steaks with white wine sauce

 

Ingredients: 

 

4 small steaks

¼ cup of white wine

a handful of red pepper stuffed (red peppers)

2 tablespoons of fried tomato sauce

oil

salt

pepper

 

 

Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper, and fry them with a little oil. Put them aside and keep them warm.

In the same oil fry the olives, add the wine, let the mix reduce and add the tomato. Cook all together for few minutes, and pour the mix on the steaks.
