Sea bream with oranges

 

Ingredients: 

 

1 big sea bream

1 stick of butter

4 potatoes

2 oranges

¼ cup of evaporated milk

¼ cup of white wine

thyme

sage

bay leaves

parsley

salt

pepper

 

 

Sprinkle the sea bream with salt and pepper. Put it in an oven dish previously greased with the butter, the potatoes cut in disks and the fish on top. Pour the wine and the orange juice, and sprinkle it with the herbs.

Let it cook in the oven at 400 F for 20 minutes, basting with the juices from time to time. Few minutes before it’s done, pour the evaporated milk.
