Pork with anchovies

 

Ingredients: 

 

boneless pork chops

anchovies

heavy cream

salt

pepper

olive oil

 

 

Salt and pepper the pork chops. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, reduce the heat and brown the chops. In the meantime, prepare a paste with the anchovies and the heavy cream. Using a fork, mash the anchovies to a paste and mix thoroughly with the cream . Add the cream paste to the pan, and stir for 5 minutes, to prevent the chops sticking to the pan.
