Ingredients( for 4 ):
macaroni pasta 1/3 pound ground pork 1/3 pound ground beef 1/3 pound ground veal butter beef bouillon 1 onion 1 can of crushed tomatoes salt olive oil

Follow directions on the pasta package for water volume and boiling instructions. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and a cube of beef bouillon to the boiling water, and then add the macaroni, and reduce heat to medium, boil until you get the desired tenderness of the pasta. In the meantime, heat olive oil in a saucepan, and fry the finely crushed onion. When the onion starts to look golden brown, add the tomato, fry together for few minutes, and add the ground pork and beef meat, as well as salt and pepper. Cook the sauce until the meat is done. Drain the macaroni, and mix with the meat sauce. Serving suggestion: top the dish with Parmesan cheese.
