Roasted lamb leg

Ingredients:

1 lamb of leg

garlic

rosemary

thyme

sage

butter

potatoes

olive oil

salt

pepper

Cut the potatoes in thin (1/4 inch) slices and put aside. Make slices along the lamb with a knife. Rub the lamb leg with butter, and sprinkle it with salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme and sage. Cut the garlic in half, and put the halves inside the slices we have cut in the meat. Prepare a roasting dish with olive oil (enough to cover the bottom of the pan), place the lamb leg in the center with the potatoes around. Roast in the oven at 375 F for about 2 hours, or until the meat is done.
