Gazpacho is a typical Spanish cold soup, and there are lots of ways to prepare it. Here I am going to give an estimate of ingredients, but you can modify the quantities, according to your preferences.

Gazpacho

 

Ingredients: 

 

1/2 cucumber

2 ripe tomatoes

1 green pepper

2 garlic gloves

a bunch of bread crumbs

2 cups of water

2 tablespoons of oil

1 tablespoon of vinegar

salt

 

 

Peal and cut the vegetables, and put all the ingredients together in the blinder. Mix it, and let it rest inside the fridge, until it is cold. If you like, you can cut tiny pieces of onion, tomato, bread crumbs, and serve them with the gazpacho as a side order to be mixed with the gazpacho.
