The allioli sauce is excellent to top grilled lamb, potatoes, muscles, and other types of food

Allioli sauce

 

Ingredients:

egg

garlic

olive oil ( high density )

salt.

 

Put in the blender; 4 cloves of garlic ( depending on how much you like garlic, but minimum 2 pieces ), 2 raw eggs and and oil (about 1 inch deep) and a pinch salt. Mix all together adding more oil as necessary, until we get a thick paste. It can take a lot of oil get the right thickness, the best method is to add about 1/2 inch of oil every time and blend for a couple of minutes, to check the consistency of the sauce. The sauce should look like and have the consistency of mayonnaise when it is properly done
